Board appoints planner for JCB Development application during executive session

The appointment was moved and seconded in open session following executive session; all present members voted in favor except Mr. Dooley and Mr. Gurick, who abstained. The appointment is recorded in the minutes and will be reflected in the planning consultant list for that application.
