Great Falls Neighborhood Council District 6 approves April minutes, defers summer meeting decision

Council member James Rickley moved to accept the minutes and Council member Michelle Cornellier seconded the motion; the measure passed unanimously. The meeting record lists Rick Cornellier, James Rickley, Michelle Cornellier and Megan Darrah as present and Carl Donovan absent.
On new business, Council member Megan Darrah brought a motion to put to a vote whether the council should meet over the summer; the council did not take the motion to final vote and scheduled that decision for its next meeting on June 3, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. Darrah noted meeting space is available at the Holiday Village Mall for $25 per meeting and said the city would cover the fee.
The council adjourned at 7:35 p.m.; Michelle Cornellier moved to adjourn and James Rickley seconded, and the motion carried 4-0.
The council listed the next meeting for June 3, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. at Sunnyside School (library).
