Brenda Elsey, chair of the Town of Red Hook Ethics Board, called the board to order at 12:00 p.m. Friday and recorded attendance of Brenda Elsey (chair), Kevin Cavanaugh and Laura Roberts (new members), Sal Guido, Susan Simon (secretary) and liaison Jacob Testa.
Board members introduced the two new members and confirmed that all current members have completed the Ethics Board oath. The board also confirmed that Elsey will continue as chair and that Susan Simon will continue serving as secretary. The minutes note that the board roster on the town website has been updated to reflect current membership.
The board scheduled two Ethics Training presentations for town employees and board/committee members.
