Chair Jeff Huckabee opened a conditional‑use hearing at approximately 6:00 p.m. on March 5 to consider Casella Dental P.C.'s application to operate a dental and professional office at 810 Downingtown Pike (UPI 51-5-38.4). The applicant requested a continuance.
The Board entered the record exhibits including the conditional-use application, proof of publication, affidavits of mailing and posting, Township Engineer review, Planning Commission minutes, and a formal request for continuance. After considering the request, the Board unanimously agreed to continue the hearing to April 2, 2026 at 6:00 p.m.
The minutes note a court reporter was present to record the official proceedings. Following the continuance, the Supervisors met in executive session from 6:10 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. to discuss potential litigation matters.
The continuance preserves the applicant's opportunity to appear at the April 2 hearing; no substantive testimony on the application is recorded in the March 5 minutes.
