Commission accepts conservation restriction on Toby West parcel in Dennis Village

Commission discussion was brief. A commissioner moved to approve the conservation restriction and the motion was seconded; the chair called for the ayes and the commission approved the restriction.
The approval authorizes staff to obtain signatures and notarization to finalize the restriction. FriXell asked for signatures after the vote and the commission arranged to sign the document so the restriction can be recorded.
The action secures the newly acquired parcel under a town‑held conservation restriction consistent with restrictions the town holds on other portions of the Toby West property.
