The board approved personnel actions that include a new hire in the Conservation Office (Erin Noyes, $16.00 per hour, effective May 27, 2026) and pay adjustments for staff across departments: Attorney’s Office (Samantha Crowder to $31.17/hr effective 5/31/26), Conservation (Kandace Odekirk to $16.25/hr), IRVM (Stockton Huether to $17.50/hr), Planning and Development (Marcus Amman to $2,964.48 per biweekly), Sheriff’s Office (Levi Hansen to $3,590.46 per biweekly) and Treasurer’s Office (Kasey Wirtz to $28.95/hr). The personnel actions were approved after motion by Lisa Heddens and second by Latifah Faisal.
During Public Comment #2, Josh Boersma of Milford Township reiterated remarks he had made at previous meetings; no board action followed on his remarks. Supervisors provided liaison and committee updates and announcements before the board adjourned at 10:06 a.m. (motion by Latifah Faisal, second by Lisa Heddens; roll-call unanimous).
