The Wayland Conservation Commission on March 4 voted unanimously to continue multiple pending Notices of Intent to March 25, 2026, to allow staff review and any required peer review of revised plans.
The continuances included a request by representatives for 108 Lakeshore Drive (DEP 322‑1042) for additional review after revised materials were submitted following a meeting with the Conservation Administrator. The commission continued that hearing to March 25 by a 7‑0 roll‑call vote.
The commission also granted continuances for a proposed six‑unit compact apartment at 67A Loker Street (DEP 322‑1056) and an after‑the‑fact filing for 68 Lakeshore Drive (DEP 322‑1057). Each motion to continue was carried by a 7‑0 vote on roll call.
Commissioners said the additional time would allow staff and peer reviewers to examine stormwater materials, DPW coordination on site access where relevant, and any other outstanding Planning Board conditions before the commission issues decisions.
The commission left hearings open; no Orders of Conditions or denials were issued for these items at the March 4 meeting.
