The Planning and Zoning Commission on Sept. 10 tabled a rezoning request by Robert Stuckey for an approximately 1.632‑acre tract at 200 Auto Drive. Chair Brian McCown read the application into the record, which sought an amendment from AG (Agriculture) to C1 (General Commercial) with a conditional use permit for a contractor office and outdoor storage (cases ZCH‑25‑0011 and CUP‑25‑0013).
The applicant requested a delay. City staff and counsel advised the commission that tabling to a date certain — the commission chose Oct. 8 — would allow the matter to be continued without re‑noticing. Chair McCown moved to table the item to the Oct. 8 meeting; Ms. Hayes seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
