Commission advances 184 True Apple Way subdivision to final plat stage

A resident, Destiny Tumblin, asked whether the property is up for auction; Lloyd replied the property is being sold by the owner, not offered as an auction. The commission closed the public hearing and voted to advance the detailed site plan to Final Plat stage.
Advancement moves the application forward in the county’s review process; final permits and recordation remain future steps.
