Commission advances Nadenbousch Pines Phase 4 to final plat after soil-stabilization issues addressed

Trevor Lloyd, representing the project, confirmed that previously noted soil-stabilization issues had been addressed. Commissioner Mike Bush asked whether the problems were corrected; Lloyd responded affirmatively and staff said stormwater management inspectors are working with the project. With no public comment, the commission closed the public hearing and voted to advance the plan to Final Plat stage.
Advancement to Final Plat does not itself grant building permits; it moves the subdivision through the county’s review process toward recordation and subsequent permitting steps.
