District says pipe break was repaired after overnight work; audits winding down and patrol staffing improved

"We fixed the first leak," Communications staff said, and committee members praised the operations crew for staying up all night to complete work in rain and freezing conditions. Operations staff reported pumping resumed where turbidity met standards.
