Appeals listed and heard included Dean Watson (2 Roosevelt Drive, R0479500), Glen C. and Kim Sisson (11 Deanna Lane, H0238520), Philip J. Guerin (48 Harrison Drive; real-estate appeal C0088200 and two motor-vehicle appeals MV 56593 and MV 56592), and Sung K. Yi (1585 Meriden Road, F0182800). For the Watson and Yi real-estate appeals the board requested inspections by the Assessor; both appellants agreed to the inspections. The minutes state the Assessor will schedule the inspections and the board will reconvene on March 26, 2026 to continue deliberations.
