Wolcott Board of Assessment Appeals accepts assessor's list, records $173,210 in real-estate increases

A motion to accept the list was made by Laurence E. Peck, Jr. and seconded by Adam Glasser; both members voted in favor and there were no opposing votes. The Addendum is recorded in the meeting materials dated March 10, 2026.
