The City of Mendota Planning Commission adopted Resolution No. PC 24-09 at its July 16, 2024 meeting to establish the time of its regular meetings as the fourth Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m.
Chairperson Albert Escobedo introduced the item and Deputy City Clerk Antonio Pizano provided the report on the proposal. Escobedo moved to adopt Resolution No. PC 24-09 "to include 'fourth Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m.,'" and Commissioner Alex Garcia seconded the motion. The commission approved the resolution by a unanimous vote of five ayes.
