The Board acknowledged the prior conditional approval that was not perfected and noted the need to resolve clearing, sight‑distance and stormwater outfall issues. Mr. Winglovitz said he will provide recorded notes and maps for clearing requirements along Lester Clark Road. The Planning Board voted to schedule a public hearing on March 5, 2026 to allow public comment and to confirm technical revisions.
