The Rapho Township Planning Commission unanimously recommended conditional approval May 4 for a lot add‑on and expansion proposed by Strickler Road Associates that would accommodate Keystone Lawn Company Inc. and Keystone Pest Solutions LLC.
Applicant representative Bill Swiernik told the commission the two parcels total 1.8004 acres gross and 1.7041 acres net and are located in the township’s Industrial Zone. The application requests several Subdivision & Land Development and Stormwater ordinance modifications, including waivers related to preliminary plan processing, wetlands study, curbing, roadway reconstruction, sidewalks, access drive standards and runoff volume control.
Commissioner Carrol Ehrhart moved to recommend conditional approval on the condition the applicant address comments in RETTEW’s April 17, 2026 letter; Commissioner Chet Eckman seconded. The motion passed with all members voting in favor.
The recommendation is conditioned on the applicant resolving engineering and design comments in the consultant review; final administrative approval will follow when those items are satisfied.
