East Rockhill supervisors review 2025 preliminary budget, capital plan and insurance projections

Township Manager Marianne Hart Morano presented the board with a capital plan covering 2024–2029 and summarized completed capital projects from 2013–2023 during the East Rockhill Township Board of Supervisors’ Oct. 22 budget work session.
Morano also reported that projected increases from insurance providers have been received and are reflected in the current 2025 draft budget. Board members reviewed the materials but did not take formal action on the capital plan or insurance items at the work session.
