Mount Kisco planning board sets public scoping session July 22 for SCS Sarles St. project, moves July meeting date

The Mount Kisco Planning Board on June 24 voted 7-0 to change its July meeting date from July 8 to July 22 and to hold a public scoping session for the SCS Sarles St. project (PB2021-0395) on July 22.
Board Co-Chair Michael McGuirk outlined the scoping resolution and summarized next steps. The minutes state: "July 22, 2025 will be a public scoping session but not a public hearing, no notifications will be mailed. An e-mail will be sent to members of the public that have sent e-mail comments regarding the scoping process, in order to provide notice of availability of scoping documents and public scoping session. August 12, 2025 will be the adoption of the final scoping. All documents will be posted to the website for the public view by link from the Planning Board section of the Village’s website: https://mountkiscony.gov/government/boards_and_commissions/planning_board.php"
Mr. McGuirk moved to set the public scoping session and associated actions for July 22; Ms. Pickard seconded and the motion carried 7-0. During the meeting Mr. McGuirk also noted that Co-Chair Crystal Pickard had resigned after eight years of service. The meeting adjourned at 7:34 p.m.
