Planning Board OKs extension for Rivera Auto Group project at 353 North Bedford Road

The Mount Kisco Planning Board on June 24 voted unanimously to extend the approval period for the Rivera Auto Group project at 353 North Bedford Road to December 28, 2025.
Maximillian Mahalek of engineering firm Cuddy & Feder gave a brief presentation on the application (PB2010-0414) and said the project’s projected completion date is December 2025. Ms. Pickard moved to grant the extension; Ms. Roppolo seconded, and the motion carried 7-0.
The extension covers the site plan, special use permit and steep-slopes permit for the property. The board did not specify additional conditions in the public minutes. The approval gives the applicant additional time to complete the project under the board’s prior approvals.
