Trustee Marco A. Gutierrez presented a proposed retention of services contract with Burke Burns & Pinelli, Ltd. for legal work related to the Village’s Senior Housing Project during the Aug. 26 Committee meeting. Clerk Laura Cassidy-Hatchet told the Board the firm is currently providing similar services to the villages of Broadview and Bellwood and that the contract cost will be included in the project’s grant soft costs, resulting in no direct expense to the Village’s operating budget.
