Trustee Loretta J. Teets told the Committee on Aug. 26 that Premium Exterior Services, Inc. submitted Estimate #25-2214 for $44,100 to install a retaining wall and downspouts at the Stone Park Entertainment Complex. Teets said the estimate was the lowest among bids received and that the Board would be asked to approve the contract at the upcoming Board meeting.
The minutes note the item under Building & Grounds as a capital improvement estimate; no formal vote on the contract was recorded in the Committee minutes. The estimate number and dollar amount were provided to the Board for consideration and future action.
The cost in the estimate is specific to site work (retaining wall and downspouts) and does not indicate separate allowances for engineering, permitting or contingencies in the minutes. The Board did not vote on the contract during the Committee session.
