County Manager Snead told the board the agenda contained a typographical error listing Feb. 26; the minutes up for approval were for Feb. 2, 2026. Commissioner Ivey moved to approve the agenda and the minutes, and Vice Chair O'Neal seconded; the board voted unanimously to approve both items.
Chairman Frizzell called the meeting to order and recorded attendance: Chairman Frizzell, Vice Chair O'Neal, Commissioners Shelley and Ivey were present; Commissioners McPhatter and Williams were absent. The board confirmed its next regular meeting for Monday, June 1, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. in the EOC Building at 1403 West Boulevard in Laurinburg.
The board took no further administrative action at the meeting.
