The Bolton Planning & Zoning Commission received a Special Permit application from William Phillips for a proposed garage/office building, equipment storage and material processing area at 1 Notch Road (#PL‑20‑9). Applicant Bill Phillips was present during the meeting.
Patrice Carson told the Commission the application is complete, the plan has been received and the application fee paid, which allowed the Commission to set a public hearing for the next meeting. Commissioner Thomas Manning moved to receive the application and set the public hearing for 7:45 p.m. on Wednesday, July 8, 2020 in a virtual meeting to follow the Happy Town hearing; Christopher Davey seconded. The motion passed 7‑0‑0.
The hearing will permit agency review and public comment on the site plan and proposed material processing area. Staff will post any agency comments to the application file before the hearing.
