Member William Pike moved to accept the April 9 minutes with an amendment correcting the vote count under item 3 (the continuation of the public hearing) to read 4–0–0. Member Jonathan Treat seconded the motion; the board approved it unanimously, 4–0–0.
With no other business reported, Treat moved to adjourn at 7:17 p.m.; Anne Decker seconded. The motion passed 4–0–0. The minutes for the May 14 meeting were later signed "Respectfully submitted" by Leslie J. Brand.
