The motion to approve was made by Jeff Jorgensen and seconded by Susan Miller; the roll call vote was AYES: Brian Shea, Tim Wichman, Susan Miller and Jeff Jorgensen; ABSENT: Keith Jones.
The resolution states the Planning and Zoning Commission had held a public hearing on April 20 and recommended approval. The Board’s action grants preliminary approval only; the resolution and accompanying language make clear the vote does not constitute final acceptance under Chapter 9.01–9.30 of the Pottawattamie County Subdivision Ordinance or Chapter 354, Code of Iowa.
