Long) and retroactively approved the Jan. 24, 2026 emergency declaration for winter weather (motion by B. Hilliard, seconded by A. Birch). The printed engineering report was provided to the board and departmental reports from the Police Department (Sgt. Tessmer), Public Works and Codes (Interim Manager Jason Dailey), and the Fire Department (Addie Birch) were read into the record.
The board voted to advertise a revised 2026 meeting schedule, effective Feb. 25, 2026, moving business meetings to the second Wednesday and workshops to the fourth Wednesday of each month. The meeting concluded with an adjournment motion by M. Long at 7:41 p.m.
