At the April 23 meeting the Douglass Township Board of Supervisors approved several land‑use items with developer contingencies and review conditions.
Solicitor Wendy McKenna presented Resolution #04232026‑01 approving the Kelly Acres lot realignment; the approval is contingent on addressing comment letters dated Feb. 24, 2026. Engineer Khal Hassan then summarized conditions for 115 W. Moyer Road final plan approval: Pennoni and Montgomery County Planning Commission comments dated March 6, 2026 must be addressed, any damage to township roads caused during construction must be repaired at the developer’s expense, and the developer must coordinate access with Upper Pottsgrove rather than using Douglass Township roads. The Board authorized the solicitor to draft the resolution containing those contingencies.
The Board also authorized the solicitor to prepare a Preliminary/Final Minor Subdivision Resolution for 1443 Mensch Lane contingent upon addressing review letters dated March 11, 2026. All three land‑use motions carried with roll‑call votes recorded.
These approvals include explicit conditions intended to protect township infrastructure and ensure external reviews are satisfied before final recording. The Board accepted the Solicitor’s and Engineering reports as presented.
