The Uniontown City Council on May 11 approved Resolution 18‑75, accepting the Sunrise Meadows final plat for a 28‑lot subdivision after a staff report found that the conditions of the preliminary plat (Ordinance 27‑88) had been satisfied.
City staff told the council the streets, street frontage improvements, sidewalks, utilities and other requirements have been installed and accepted by the city engineer, and that performance and maintenance bonds have been posted. "Staff is recommending that the city council find that all the improvements and other requirements for final plat approval for the final map for Sunrise Meadows Subdivision have been met," staff said.
Council moved, seconded and approved the resolution by voice vote; the clerk read the resolution aloud as part of the meeting record. Staff will proceed with final‑plat administrative steps required by Title 17.
What’s next: City staff will record the final plat as permitted and continue any follow‑up inspections required per the performance and maintenance bonds.
