Mendham Board of Adjustment approves minutes, moves Case 4-25 to Dec. 11 and adjourns

The Township of Mendham Board of Adjustment on Nov. 13 unanimously approved its Sept. 11, 2025 meeting minutes and handled brief administrative business before adjourning.
Chairman Kapner led the salute to the flag and called for a motion to accept the Sept. 11 minutes. Mr. Strafaci moved to accept the minutes and Mr. Bell seconded; the minutes were approved with all board members recorded as agreeing.
Board Attorney Anthony Sposaro announced that the applicants for Case 4-25 (8 Combs Hollow Road) requested an adjournment; "The application for 8 Combs Hollow Road will be moved to the next Board of Adjustment meeting, scheduled for December 11, 2025. No further notice is required," Sposaro said.
With no further substantive business, Mr. Bell moved to adjourn, Ms. Brannin seconded, the board agreed, and the meeting was adjourned at 7:27 p.m.
