Council Member Rogers moved that HS3 (ordinance 47026, enacting a new subsection 9-5-8-10 to the Evanston City Code) and HS4 (ordinance 34026, adding Title 3, Chapter 36 concerning regulation of electronic product-promotion sweepstakes kiosks) be forwarded; Council Member Ayles seconded. The committee approved the motion by roll call, 3–0, and the ordinances will be heard by City Council at its next meeting.
