Dallas County approves Case wheel loader and three pickup trucks for Secondary Roads

The board adopted Resolution 2026-0071 authorizing purchase and empowering the chair to sign related contract and warranty documents.
For three pickup trucks the department recommended accepting the Karl Chevrolet bid based on specifications; the board adopted Resolution 2026-0072 authorizing the purchases and signatures. The minutes record the vendor names and stated totals; the board said the vehicles meet the department’s needs and authorized the purchases on motions by Supervisor Kim Chapman with second from Supervisor Brad Golightly.
