Saukville board and Plan Commission clear land division, site plan and restaurant licensing for downtown properties

The Saukville Village Board and Plan Commission on March 3 approved several development and licensing items, including an extraterritorial certified survey map, conditional site-plan approvals and licensing for a new restaurant at 470 E. Green Bay Ave.
The Plan Commission approved an extraterritorial CSM submitted by agent Jeffrey P. Bell on behalf of property owners Steve Bell and Mary Bell Life Estate to divide a 164.30-acre parcel in the Town of Saukville into a 148.345-acre lot and a 15.964-acre outlot. The approval was recorded in the minutes as a Plan Commission action reported by Village President Andy Hebein.
The commission also conditionally approved a billboard sign permit submitted by Lamar Central Outdoor LLC on behalf of ERAL Saukville LLC for property at 805 E. Green Bay Ave.; the approval was subject to confirmation the structure is outside the village utility easement and final review by the village engineer.
A site plan—covering lighting, parking and landscaping—was approved for a building addition at Northshore Classical Academy, 341 S. Dries St., contingent on compliance with items in the Building Inspector’s memo dated Feb. 26, 2026 and final inspector sign-off.
On licensing, the board approved a Certificate of Compliance and wall and ground sign for Blessing Upon Us LLC d/b/a Redstone Kitchen at 470 E. Green Bay Ave., appointed Edita Siaulyte as the 2026 agent for the business and approved a 2026 Class B Combination License for the business (motion recorded as Rudolph/Smith). The minutes record motions as carried but do not include roll-call vote tallies.
