Council discussed key entries including park developments (Jack Paulson Park improvements were noted), a bike-path extension from South University to South Crawford, and building renovations. Staff said changes since the May 18 meeting were limited to typographical and formatting edits and the new water-line entry.
Councilor Price moved to adopt the 2026–2030 capital plan; the motion carried by voice vote. Adoption establishes the plan as the starting point for budget deliberations and for staff to pursue grant opportunities tied to listed projects.
