The board also carried 211 Kent Place and 21 West End Avenue to the June 15 meeting (both carries were made without further public notice). Later in the evening the board tabled the draft resolution for 19 Ridge Road at the applicant’s request to allow additional review.
The board memorialized approvals for several other matters (including resolutions identified in meeting materials as 35 Bedau, ZB‑25‑2288; 36 Dale Drive, ZV‑26‑2326; and 2 Beakman Road, ZB‑26‑2325) and approved minutes from the April 6, 2026 meeting. These memorializations were routine and were handled by roll call vote of eligible members.
