Staff noted no expansion of footprint and that stormwater/permeable design had been addressed.
Neighbors were generally supportive; one adjacent homeowner said the design "fits with the rest of the houses in that area." Board members nonetheless recommended that the applicant study introducing gable roof forms in lieu of the proposed hip forms, clarify the window head heights where roof intersections occur and refine flashing/detailing. The applicant agreed to study the suggested changes and the board moved to continue the item to consent with those study recommendations; the motion carried by roll call.
