Wolcott board grants one assessment reduction, denies five appeals at March 23 meeting

The board denied appeals for the following property owners: Charles G. and Ellen O'Neil (26 Lake Street), Daniel J. and Victoria J. Brewster (68 Wihbey Drive), Evelyn Migdalia Valentin (20 Wolf Hill Road #1‑C), Suzanne Guertin Guerrera (73 Averyll Avenue), and Adrian Baston (99 Farview Avenue). Each denial was moved by Sharon A. Moore, seconded by Laurence E. Peck, Jr., and approved unanimously by the three-member panel. The denials left the previously listed assessments unchanged for each property.
Two other matters were recorded without a decision. The appeal for Karen B. & Sean E. Mowad (86 Teresa Drive) was withdrawn and no action was taken. Robert Ficeto (13 Diamond Rock Road) rescheduled his hearing from March 23 to March 26, 2026 at 7:45 p.m., citing extenuating circumstances.
