Township approves traffic-signal maintenance proposals and park tree dedication

The North Lebanon Township Board approved two small traffic-signal preventative-maintenance proposals from C. M. High during its Jan. 5 meeting. The township will pay $660 for maintenance of signals at Route 422 & 15th Avenue and the N. 7th Street solar warning flashers. A separate $850 maintenance charge for signals at Route 72 & Heilmandale Road and Route 72 & Long Lane will be billed to Heilmandale Road LLC in accordance with an existing agreement with that property owner. Supervisor Ed Brensinger moved approval and Supervisor Arden Snook seconded; the motion carried.
The Board also approved a Tree Dedication Agreement submitted by Samuel Cocca for tree #8 (an elm) at Lenni Lenape Park. Manager Lori A. Books said Mr. Cocca had paid the necessary fees and signed the agreement; the Board approved the dedication.
These actions were recorded as routine approvals in the minutes. No additional public comment or debate was recorded on these items.
