The resolutions approved were 41‑2025 (Davis Marine Services LLC, care of Tim Davis — conditional use variance), 42‑2025 (Davis Marine Services — preliminary and final major site plan approval), 43‑2025 (Mark and Karen Scarelli — side‑yard variance), 44‑2025 (Michael Mahal — lot coverage variance) and 45‑2025 (3781 Lake LLC — front‑yard variance). The board moved to adopt the five items together and carried them in a roll‑call vote.
Chair Mr. Fury announced the list of resolutions at the start of the meeting and led the board through a single motion to approve the consent agenda. The board then memorialized the approvals and said the resolutions would be finalized and emailed to applicants via the zoning office.
The board’s procedural notice at the meeting reiterated that the session was being recorded and broadcast on the township YouTube channel, that no new item would start after 10:30 p.m., and that matters approved on the consent agenda would be memorialized at a subsequent meeting.
The approvals were routine on their face; the board did not vote to remove any item from the consent list for separate discussion.
