The motion to set the hearing was moved by Vicechair Michael Pratt and seconded by Commissioner Marc Bronn and passed unanimously.
The minutes record that staff will review the application materials; no hearing record or testimony was taken at the March 19 meeting. The Council of Governments review is a standard statutory step before final action by the commission.
