Board renews health and dental plans, raises employee dental participation to 17%

Leonard proposed raising employee dental participation to 17% of the premium for all groups and recommended no other changes. The Board approved the proposed employee participation fees on a motion by Schaub and a second by Will; the motion carried 3–0.
