Residents Nir and Cherie Regeve (13027 Pingry Place) and Lauren Klumb (13032 Pingry Place) of Town and Country approached the board with concerns about blasting at the Magnolia Ridge construction site and potential effects on their homes. Steve Meyer, Director of Public Works, advised that blasting permits and processes are handled by St. Louis County, that the contractor had obtained a county permit, and said he would follow up with the project managers to provide additional clarification to the residents.
