The Des Peres Board of Aldermen on Dec. 8 approved a 15-item consent agenda that included minutes, a warrant list, contract authorizations and budget amendments.
At Mayor Becker's request, Alderman Weller read the consent items aloud; they included authorization to renew cyber security licensing under the Missouri cooperative procurement program, a professional services agreement for park master plan revisions, purchase of three utility vehicles for the Parks Department, a sole-source contract for indoor pool surfacing at The Lodge Des Peres, renovation contracts for Lodge concession and staff breakroom, two-year extensions for sewer lateral investigative and plumbing services, authorization to take delivery and pay for two Chevrolet Tahoe cruisers, and an amendment adopting supplemental appropriations for the general, park and capital funds (items listed in the minutes as R25-3966 through R25-3976).
Alderman Weller moved to approve the consent agenda; Alderman Osherow seconded. A roll call vote was recorded as 5-0 in favor.
Separately, Alderman Barrett introduced B25-3082, an ordinance approving a final record plat for the Wyndemere Addition subdivision at 740 Des Peres Road; that item was introduced only with no final action recorded in the minutes.
The board also received and filed minutes and meeting summaries from the Planning & Zoning Commission, Public Safety Commission, Board of Adjustment and Parks & Recreation Commission with no further comment.
For copies of contracts, resolutions or the adopted supplemental appropriations, consult the city clerk's office or the board packet cited in the minutes.
