Lebanon board accepts two minor applications, schedules site walks and hearings

The Lebanon Planning Board voted to accept as complete two separate applications to allow site walks and subsequent hearings.
The board accepted an application for a full tear-down and rebuild at 120 Rocky Cove Road. Members reviewed setbacks, leech-field location and impervious coverage and agreed the application is complete for the purpose of scheduling a site walk and public hearing. The board set a site-walk to stake the proposed building location and measure existing structures, asking the applicant to stake the building and be available for the walk.
Separately, the board accepted a minor application for a doggy daycare proposed by Eric Cruz and Elizabeth McNeel at 252 North Rochester Road. Staff noted the daycare had some conditional inspections and that animal-control would be contacted to ensure all licensing and operational questions are addressed; the board planned to perform both site walks the same evening to streamline inspection and public-notice requirements.
Both motions carried with "all in favor" votes; the board did not set final approval dates and emphasized that acceptance as complete allows staff and members to perform site walks and collect any outstanding documentation before a public hearing is scheduled.
