The board voted to name Beth Marger chair and Jeffrey Matson vice chair for 2026 after a motion from Mr. Ram and a second; members approved the nominations by roll call. Chair then announced two new members — regular member Robert Sullivan and alternate Mike Lucas — and invited interest for an additional alternate seat.
Shortly after the election the board voted to suspend the rules to consider a same‑day request from applicants Michael R. and Isaac M. The board accepted the postponement and rescheduled the application for the board’s February meeting.
