The Wappinger Planning Board voted to approve an amended site plan and special use permit resolution for a Subaru application at its meeting on May 26, 2026. Danielle Stark, an engineer with LeBella Associates representing the applicant, told the board the applicant had submitted responses to comments and had no objections to the draft resolution.
The vote came after the board confirmed there were no requested changes to the resolution as drafted. "No, no, we have no concerns with the conditions," Stark said. With a motion made and seconded, the board voiced assent and the motion carried without recorded opposition.
The approval concludes the board’s review of the Subaru item on the agenda; staff did not record amendments to conditions at the meeting. The board then moved on to subsequent applications on the agenda.
