In open forum, Frank Salvatore (the spraying contractor) reported that sections DD10 and DD10 lateral one appeared not to have been treated in recent rotations and provided updated quotes (for example, one updated quote listed in the minutes is $3,500 for DD10 versus an original lower bid). Trustees discussed adding a change order and the logistics of spraying versus heavier equipment needed to remove large trees and undergrowth. Staff said the contractor attached worksheets and photos to each invoice and that staff would follow up with any necessary change orders.
On a separate issue, staff noted a continuing dispute related to a DD36 project raised by resident Dave Keller. Hener Construction had been asked to provide before-and-after footage requested in December but had not supplied it; trustees directed staff to invite Hener to meet with staff and, if necessary, bring the complainant to resolve outstanding concerns.
