County says courthouse banner program met goal; city to manage follow‑on requests

The staff member noted the county had already collected requests beyond the first 40 — roughly 50–51 people were on a waiting list at the time of the meeting — and said the county would update the county website and provide a city contact number to handle later phases.
Commissioners thanked staff for the rapid enrollment and asked that the county post updated contact information while they transition administration of later phases to the city. There was no vote required; staff will coordinate with city contacts to continue the program.
