Council sets June 15 public hearings to dispose small city parcel and to vacate utility easements

On the easements, staff said the original plat included side‑yard easements in anticipation of future access, but because the properties are developed and utilities are installed the easements are no longer needed.

The disposal resolution was approved with affirmative responses from Andrew, Mark, Brett and Derek; the easement‑vacation hearing was approved with affirmative responses from Mark, Rhett, Baron and Andrew.
