Teresa Malone, representing Monoy Community Services, told the board the event will be "pretty much the same thing" as previous years but reduced in size, saying organizers scaled the event down (from about 400 previously to roughly 200) and expect "about 20" participants or vendors for the evening. She told the board abutters' notices have been or will be sent.
After brief discussion and confirmation of dates, a motion to approve the use of town property and the special licenses passed unanimously by roll‑call vote.
