On capital nonrecurring items, selectmen approved adding $105 for signage at the police building and $1,573 to resolve an HVAC issue in the beach community room. Those increases were offset by a reduction to the football scoreboard project, producing a net $162 return to fund balance. The board moved that the capital transfers be forwarded to the Board of Finance for further processing.
